We are almost exactly one month away from the biggest convention EVER. Well, at least in the world of caricatures…

Thats right, the International Society of Caricature Artists annual Caricature Convention is RIGHT around the corner, and this year is extra special. You see, its the big shiny silver 2-5! 25 years of caricature convention accumulating to an amazing five days of caricature deliciousness.

From November 13th to the 18th hundreds of artists will gather in competition and camaraderie to experience workshops hosted by MAD Magazine legend Tom Richmond, Storyboarding seminars by Academy Award Winner Joe Bluhm, hear the inspirations of Stephen Silver (the illustrating mastermind behind characters such as Danny Phantom and Kim Possible), and many more!

On top of this already amazing line up (why haven’t you signed up for this con yet, btw?), we’ve got the digital master Marcus Sakoda hosting a digital Seminar, the informative AJ Jensen hosting our Caricature 101, and Kage Nakanishi giving us a taste of his delicious caricature dreams. UMPH!

Oh, and lets not forget…Anthony Geoffroy will be attending too (yes, I’m bragging now).

Though, while I’m confident I’ve teased your caricature temptations enough already I haven’t even mentioned two of the attending speakers I’m personally most excited for because hosting both seminars AND workshops this year, are the incredibly stylized Maria Picasso and the 3D medium master Stacy Pierce!
